Objective
The Ionkhinèn:rine’ Program is designed to empower youth through immersive learning experiences that celebrate and educate about the rich indigenous culture and heritage of Kahnawà:ke. With a focus on youth leadership development, our program employs storytelling, guided tours, and hands-on community engagement activities to foster a strong appreciation for indigenous traditions. By creating personalized and interactive experiences, we aim to instill a sense of pride, responsibility, and understanding among participants, encouraging them to become ambassadors of their culture.
The Cultural Leadership Program leverages the unique cultural heritage of the Kahnawà:ke community and we as Kanienkehá:ka people to provide educational experiences tailored to youth. Through guided tours, storytelling, and artisan workshops.
