The Harvest Food Festival consists of a number of local businesses that choose to sell themed items for the month in order to promote local businesses but cultural awareness as well. For example, most participants are restaurants who will include specials for the month that include ingredients from that season in the year. This project pays hommage to Saint Kateri combining forces with the McGill Chamber Orchestra, Odawa composer Barbara Croall, Mohawk writer Darren Bonaparte, Indigenous Columbian Stage Director Alejandro Ronceria, visual artist Isaac Rayment of MRSV.io who will oversee all the video projections, and the community of Kahnawake.
